Cloud Library by Bibliotheca is an application for use with its digital distribution services for libraries, schools, etc. The application enables you to access eBooks and audiobooks borrowed from the Maine InfoNet Download Library. Click on the icon on the right to download the appropriate app for your device, download the cloudLibrary user guide and view tutorial videos.
InfoNet Download Library - eBooks / Audio books
Maine InfoNet Download Library is a collection of ebooks and audio books to “borrow” for use on your own devices free of charge using cloudLibrary. So grab your library card and click on the icon on the right to get started! If you have misplaced your library card, or need assistance, give us a call and we can help you out.
Maine's Virtual Library
MARVEL! Provides every resident of Maine with access to a collection of full text articles and abstracts from magazines, newspapers, journals and reference books that are credible, reputable resources. Registration is required for home use. Please contact the library for assistance.
We can’t possibly buy every book that might be of interest to our patrons, but we can extend the library shelves out into the world by using the Maine State Library interlibrary loan services to provide what you want to read. If you don’t see it here, just ask. We will be happy to send a request for your book through the interlibrary loan system which connects thousands of libraries nationwide.
Ancestry.com Library Edition
Ancestry® Library Edition is a history and genealogy resource that includes more than 7,000 databases with billions of historical records on individuals, families, and places. Sources include censuses, vital records (birth, death, marriage), immigration records, family histories, military records, court and legal documents, directories, photos, and maps from around the world. It is available to all public libraries in the state of Maine. To get started, review these tutorial videos, provided by the Maine State Library, and charts from Ancestry.com. We have a public computer that has access to the Internet. Users are asked to limit their computer time to 20 minutes a session if others are waiting, and to be conscious of others who may be waiting for a turn.
Photocopiers / Printers
We have a photocopier and printer for public use. There is a fee of $.10 per page for each.
Wireless Internet (WiFi)
The library offers wireless access free of charge. The network is on 24/7, making the service available inside during open hours and accessible outside the building after hours. Patrons are asked to review the Computer Use Policy available in the library before using the network.

We provide programs all year long including after school winter nature club for kids and various book talks throughout the year.
